VII. Rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and revocation of consent
In accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you may request Make Pro to access, rectify, cancel (if this is legally applicable) or oppose the use of the personal data that has been provided, as well as revoke your consent. To exercise your rights, you must follow the following procedure:
1) Send an email to the address: datospersonalesf1@cie.com.mx indicating your full name, as well as the legal relationship you have with Make Pro, the type of right you wish to exercise, precisely identifying the data for which you request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, or those for which you decide to revoke your consent, attaching one of the official identification documents (INE voter registration card, professional ID, valid passport) in order to prove your identity or the personality with which you are making the request.
2) Along with your request, you may attach any documents that are relevant to your request. For rectification requests, you must precisely indicate the modification to be made, attaching the documentation that justifies the origin of your request.
3) Once your application has been received, you will be sent an acknowledgement of receipt with the corresponding receipt date. If it does not comply with the legal requirements, within five business days following receipt, you will be required to correct your application within a period of ten days. If you do not do so, it will be considered as not submitted.
4) If your application was sent on a Friday or a non-working day, it may be received starting on the business day following the day you sent it.
5) Your application will be answered via email within twenty business days from the date of acknowledgement of receipt. This period may be extended by an additional twenty days when there are reasons that justify it. This situation will be notified to the owner in accordance with the provisions of article 97 of the LFPDPPP Regulations.
6) If your request is admissible in accordance with the LFPDPPP and other regulations in force, access will be granted, your data will be rectified or cancelled, your right to object will be made effective or consent will be deemed revoked, within fifteen days following the date on which your request is answered. This period may be extended by an additional fifteen days when there are reasons that justify it. This situation will be notified to the owner in accordance with the provisions of article 97 of the Regulations of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (RLFPDPPP).
7) In all cases where your request is appropriate, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 32, 33, 34 and 35 of the LFPDPPP, the delivery of personal data will be free of charge through the email address that the data owner indicates for such purposes. If you require that the information be delivered in a different manner, you must only cover the justified shipping costs and/or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats that are generated.
Make Pro may retain personal data exclusively for the purposes of the responsibilities derived from the treatment referred to in this Privacy Notice.
